Lovely owners, great value, amazing breakfast My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We were on the 3rd floor with a village view. Upon arrival the owner's son took up our luggage for us, which was nice. The room was very clean, the bathroom was good sized and functional with a countertop (not just a pedestal sink). Water pressure and temperature were also very good. There are blackout shutters to the balcony. These totally blocked out the light, keeping the room cool and dark enough for an afternoon nap. A small TV and fridge were also present.

There is a small shared kitchen available to prepare simple meals or grab a plate/utensils for in-room snacks.

There is no lift, so you have to take the stairs. The rooms are one, two or three flights up from ground level.

Now to the really good part: breakfast!

Each evening when we walked through the lobby, the smells coming from the kitchen would have drawn the gods down from Mt. Olympus. When I asked what it was the owner would say with a sheepish grin "It's for breakfast tomorrow, it's a surprise".

Breakfast was served at tables for two outside on the front patio and garden, which is beautiful and well kept. (larger tables are available inside)

We were told with justifiable pride that most of the vegetables come from their own gardens, that a sweet and savory is served each day, and that there are 10 different meals. Upon hearing this, I wished we were staying for 10 days, not just two!

Excellent bread, a fruit plate, vegetable pies, coffee, juice. All of it was delicious and carried us through to the early afternoon.

Hotel Idi is a great value in a great location. It is the lowest street down to the 'port' area. There are a few parking spaces out front. I would not hesitate to stay here again. - 6/19/2018

Info vorab: Wie haben nicht in diesem Hotel übernachtetIch habe versehentlich dieses Hotel für meine Eltern über Booking.vom gebucht, wollte aber das Hotel mit selben Namen in Agia Galini buchen. Hier ist mir ein dummer Fehler passiert. Erst am Anreisetag haben wir mein Missgeschick bemerkt und ich habe die Unterkunft kontaktiert. Es wurde super freundlich und schnell reagiert. Die Übernachtungskosten wurden nicht von mir verlangt. Der Urlaub war somit gerettet und wir konnten das „richtige“ Hotel in Agia Galini buchen.Vielen Dank für das freundliche Entgegenkommen und die netten Tipps für die Reise. Piccolo albergo a conduzione familiare Camera molto semplice ma con tutto il necessario e la pulizia è stata impeccabile. Bellissimo balconcino vista mare. La colazione è molto ricca e soprattutto preparata ogni mattina dalla proprietaria, ogni mattina una colazione diversa (ciambellone, torta di mele, crêpes...) sempre con prodotti fatti in casa senza cibi industriali. La posizione è perfetta, appena fuori dal centro storico del paese e in cinque minuti a piedi si è al porto. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili.

Nettes Hotel auch für mehrere Tage Das kleine, familiengeführte Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt an einer Anhöhe. Daher hat man - zumindest aus der 2. Etage - vom Balkon aus einen (durch andere Gebäude leicht eingeschränkten) schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, es fehlte nichts. Die Eigentümerin kümmert sich persönlich um alles, dies trägt sicher zur persönlichen Atmosphäre bei. Das Frühstück wird im Garten serviert, täglich gibt es neue, leckere Überraschungen. Wir werde, sollten wir erneut nach Agia Galina reisen, sicher wieder dort buchen. - 5/21/2019 

Jasmine and dimitri were wonderful hosts. Wonderful but could of enhanced the stay with tea and coffee available on the room Well recommended. The owners gave our stay a personal touch with flowers on the balcony. An exceptional clean hotel close to the beach. Exceptional La struttura é molto vicina al porto di Agia Galini. Percorrendo circa 300m a piedi si può raggiungere una spiaggia ben attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni.
Per chi raggiunge la struttura con il proprio automezzo bisogna essere fortunati nel trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. - 8/07/2019

Persönlich, sauber und gut gelegen Das Hotel ist als Familienbetrieb geführt, was eine persönliche und symphatische atmosphäre schafft. Die zimmer, sowie das ganze hotel sind sehr sauber. Das frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und jeden tag gibt es etwas anderes.
